Competition Terms and Conditions

Below are the rules that apply to all competitions, offers, prize draws, surveys and questionnaires that appear on the site (all of which are referred to as 'competitions' below).

• This is a prize for Free Advertising on FindUsInSpain.com with the following rewards:
  • First Prize of 1 Year Rotational Banner – Whole Site worth €600
  • Second Prize of 3 Months Rotational Banner – Whole Site worth €150
  • Third Prize of 1 Year Featured Listing Multiple Featured Listing – 3 Categories worth €60
  • Forth Prize of 6 Months Featured Listing Multiple Featured Listing – 3 Categories worth €30
  • Fifth Prizes of 3 Months Featured Listing Multiple Featured Listing – 3 Categories worth €15
• This competition will end on 31st August 2009. "FindUsInSpain" competitions are open to European based residents over the age of 18, with the exception of FindUsInSpain employees.
• No purchase is necessary for the entry into a competition.
• You will be provided with one entry in the competition for each company logo you submit. All valid entries will go into the draw.
• FindUsInSpain Competitions may reward you by giving you more entries into the prize and increasing your chance of winning every time you interact with our sponsors/advertisers through our site but we are not obliged to do so.
• No warranty as to the quality or suitability of any prize is offered.
• We reserve the right to provide a cash alternative for any prize. You will not have the right to require payment of the cash alternative.
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of each draw unless otherwise stated. If you have not claimed the prize within this time your prize will be void. Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another entrant or offered in another competition.
• Competition winners are selected randomly by computer within 7 working days of the competition close date, unless specified otherwise in the individual competition.
• Winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the draw.
• It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address held by FindUsInSpain Competitions are valid and correct.
• If relevant prizes can only be dispatched once we have confirmed that you have received our notification that you are the winner. If you are a winner you will be asked to confirm your postal address.
• Winners may be included in publicity material, and by entering into a competition you agree to this. The names of all winners will be featured in the FindUsInSpain ‘News blog’ and/ or on our partner websites and through our sponsors.
• Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability an alternative prize of similar value and specification will be substituted.
• Prizes images are merely an indication and may not exactly represent the prize offer. Offers are not necessarily exclusive to FindUsInSpain Competitions and may also be available through other sites we operate, our partner sites and through our sponsors.
• Prizes may be offered by FindUsInSpain Competitions or by our sponsors. These prizes may appear in FindUsInSpain Competitions, across other web sites and in other advertising mediums. FindUsInSpain makes all efforts to ensure that only bona fide prizes are offered. However where a prize is offered in conjunction with a sponsor or partner and that sponsor or partner withdraws or fails to provide the prize, we regret that FindUsInSpain will not provide the prize itself.
• By participating in a survey or submitting information, respondents are agreeing to receive marketing offers FindUsInSpain and/or its sponsors/partners.
• Participants can unregister themselves at anytime by clicking on ‘unregister’ or 'unsubscribe' in any promotion email received. Please refer to the privacy policy for more detail.
• The Promoter of this competition is FindUsInSpain and can be contacted by email at admin@findusinspain.com.
• The Promoter of this competition is solely responsible for the operation of this competition and in entering the competition you are contracting with the Promoter on these terms and conditions. No other person shall have any liability to you arising out of or in connection with the competition.
• Please refer to our privacy policy for more information about our service and for any queries relating to how we and our sponsors and partners use your personal data.
• All decisions of FindUsInSpain are final in relation to any result, dispute, prize or competition. FindUsInSpain reserve the right at any time to remove any entry from a competition, suspend the competition entirely or limit the number of entries.
• FindUsInSpain is a trading name of BC Design & Development. BC Design & Development is a specialist UK based Website Design Company.
